Business owners often receive many messages throughout the day, and important actions like orders, follow-ups, confirmations, and deadlines can easily get buried inside ongoing conversations. Manually checking chats again and again makes it easier for important work to be missed.
Solution
The solution
I built ChatAction Desk as a Python desktop application that detects actionable messages, extracts useful context, sends them into a review queue, and turns confirmed items into organized tasks. The tool also separates active and completed work, making business chat management much easier to track.
